This week in lex

A sister in the ward that just went to the mtc this week and this is at the dinner that they had for her. The thing that I liked about her was she had a friend from work at church this last week.
More from the going away dinner
This made me thing of Adam and Austin. We went to there house for dinner.
The picture of me that you all want to see.

well here is how the week went. Well we have had some good people that we have been talking with. Most of them are reading and are willing for us to stop by 3 or 4 times a week. There is one guy named mark that when we talked to him on the street he said to come by and he would talk to us. When we went and told to him the first time is wife told us that this was the first time in many many years that he was willing to talk with anyone about church. Now its been about a moth and they are going to Omaha and they are thinking of going to the visitors center there. That means that his wife must be coming around to the fact that he has found something that works for him.

  • What great news from Middle America this week!

It looks like you're doing the two-step. Is dancing allowed in your mission?

  • It is so good to see a picture of you looking so good. Everything must be great with you. We have been on the road again, back up to Martin's Cove and area. Karin's blog tells the story of our trip very well. We really had a fun time.
We are having the Priests from San Bernardino Stake here for General Conference this next week-end. Your Mom is coming too. She tells me about 40 young men are coming. That will be alot of food and fun! We have beds at different homes in Benjamin for them and the food will be in our garage like we have done before. It works pretty well for such a large group. We hope the weather changes though. We have had rain for a week now. We need warmer.
Nichole was married a few weeks ago and we are having a dinner for her and Travis (Johnson) Friday the 23rd. They live in Santaquin and he works with his Dad in a plumbing business. We are having it at the church because of the weather. It is too cold and rainy for outside here.
We love the blogs and read them each week as I know you all do. This letter is for all of you as well as Mike. It will save me some time this week.
Keep up the good work Mike. These people you are spending time with will start to join with you soon. These trips tp Martin's Cove always strenthens my testimony of the Gospel. What wonderful things have happened in this generation because of what the pioneers did for us in their generation. We need to plan a trip back ther when you can go with us. Have a geat week. Thanks for the tractor pictures. Grandpa loves them!
